Account & Data Deletion
How to delete your EbMath account and all associated data.
1. In the app (recommended)
- Open EbMath and sign in to your account.
- Tap Settings (gear icon).
- Tap the account deletion option and confirm.
Your account is deactivated immediately. All associated pedagogical history is removed or anonymized from production servers after 30 days. If you sign in again within that period, the deletion is cancelled and everything is restored.
2. Without the app installed
Email suporteebbingmath@prescotthub.com including: the account email (individual or teacher mode) or the student name and class code (school mode). To protect the data, we verify that the request comes from the account holder before deleting: for an individual or teacher account, the request must come from the registered email; in school mode, it must come from the legal guardian of the student or the school responsible for the class, and we confirm by replying to the sending address. Deletion is completed within the same 30 days, with confirmation by email.
3. What is deleted
- Account data: name, codename and, when present, email address.
- Pedagogical history: progress, answers and response times.
- Game data: coins, lives, missions, achievements and ranking positions.
