This Privacy Policy describes how Ebbinghaus Math, commercialized and managed by Prescott Hub, collects, stores, uses, and protects data generated within the app and website ecosystem. Our commitment is to offer a safe learning environment fully compliant with current regulations (LGPD in Brazil, COPPA in the United States, and GDPR in the European Union).

2. Special Protection for Minors (COPPA & GDPR-K)

Ebbinghaus Math was developed for school and home use, including children under 13. Therefore, we adopt extremely strict data security measures:

• School Consent: For classroom use, data is processed through School Consent, granted by teachers and schools for strictly educational purposes.
• No Direct Personal Identifiers: Students register using codenames and local passwords. We do not request email, phone numbers, or physical addresses from minor students.
• Encryption in Transit: All login and progress data are transmitted securely using HTTPS encrypted protocols.

3. Advertising and Monetization (Google AdMob)

To enable sustainability and keep the app free, we integrate Google AdMob ads. However, in compliance with family policies:

• Non-Personalized Ads: All ads displayed in the app are programmatically flagged as "tagForChildDirectedTreatment". This prevents Google from collecting personal data and tracking identifiers (IDFA/AAID) for behavioral targeting.
• General Audience Rating (G): Only ads with a general/free classification rating are authorized to load.
• Accidental Click Prevention: Ad blocks feature protective visual margins and are displayed in ways that do not interrupt or harm the student's focus during exercises or assessments.

4. Your Rights and Data Deletion

Teachers, guardians, and students have full control over their data. Account deletion and removal of all pedagogical history can be requested at any time by emailing contato@prescotthub.com.br. Data will be removed from production servers within 5 business days.
